Atlantic City

We drove up to Atlantic City on January 5, 2014. It was right after a snow storm but it was a warm day (48 degrees.)  I'm not a big gambler, the slots bore me and I don't have the attention span for the card/wheel  games, but AC is intriguing on many levels and I like going up there when I'm in Cape May.  

The thing I figured out about gambling towns is their objective is that they want you relaxed and ready to drop your dollars.  They offer a lot of perks to get you there.

The Pier Shops at Caesars is amazing.  

While my wife shopped I watched the water show at one end of the mall.

I then went out on the beach which I love to do during winter.

And I did it all with my beautiful bride :-) (portrait shot)
