We had some free time so we took a drive to a neighboring town of Palavas Les Flots. As luck would have it we stumbled onto a street festival.
This is George Jettsons house, its right down the road from Spacely Spockets. . . just kidding.

as for the rest of the photos: mmmmmm....ricard. love that stuff!
it looks like you had a good time. so, what IS in the jetsons building? it certainly LOOKS like rosie could pop out any second now to hook astro to the dog-walking conveyor belt!
It was a good time franko. They had Latin music playing and a big grill with a pan, steaming muscles (moules.) The beer and the pastis was flowing. It was a serendipitous find for my wife and I.
The Jetson building is a revolving restaurant (top) and bar (right below.) We have not eaten there yet but we are told the food is decent but the view is spectacular. We did go up top once during the day before it was open and it was beautiful. My friends tell me to make reservations around 6:30 and you will catch the sun setting over the Mediterranean.
P.S. Sorry for blabbing on in my first-ever post on your blog. I should've just left it at 'you've got some really gorgeous photos here, Gern.' Unfortunately for you, my Ritalin just kicked in. Sorry 'bout that.
